Privacy Policy
This policy explains the limited data the site uses, when optional analytics can load, and the choices available to visitors.
Scope
This policy applies to KeyboardEscape.wiki and its public pages. The site is an informational Roblox game directory and guide publication. It does not offer player accounts, payments, private messaging, or an in-site code redemption service.
Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is optional. On a first visit, analytics storage is denied by default and the GA4 script does not load unless you select Allow analytics. If allowed, the site uses GA4 to understand aggregate usage such as page views, navigation paths, game-card clicks, Roblox outbound clicks, guide clicks, video-load clicks, site searches, and game-filter selections.
Analytics events use the page path without the page query string. Other event parameters are limited to context such as the game name, game slug, content type, selected filter, search-query length, or result count. Destination URLs are stored without query strings or fragments. The site does not send site-search text, passwords, Roblox usernames, payment details, private messages, or other intentionally collected sensitive information to GA4.
Your choice is saved in local storage under keyboardescape-analytics-consent-v1. You can change it using Privacy choices in the footer. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Refusing analytics does not block the game database or guides.
Advertising and Google AdSense
KeyboardEscape.wiki may use Google AdSense after the site is approved for advertising. When advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, and similar technologies to serve, measure, limit, and personalize ads in accordance with your consent and applicable law. Google explains this processing in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Before personalized ads are shown to visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the site will use a Google-certified consent management platform. Ad choices can also be managed through Google Ads Settings and, where available, the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page. The site's current privacy banner controls optional analytics; advertising consent will be managed through the certified platform before ads are activated.
Technical logs and hosting
The site is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Like most hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process request information needed to deliver pages, protect the service, diagnose errors, and mitigate abuse. This can include IP addresses, request timestamps, requested URLs, user-agent information, and security signals. KeyboardEscape.wiki does not maintain a separate paid user database.
Outbound links and embedded media
Game pages link to Roblox, developer groups, public Roblox APIs, and selected sources. Those destinations have their own privacy practices. A YouTube video is presented behind a click-to-load control. The YouTube player is not inserted until you select Load video. Loading or opening it connects to YouTube and may allow YouTube or Google to set cookies and process request and usage information under their policies.
Contact messages
If you choose to contact the site, the information you send is used to review and respond to the request, for example a correction, new-game submission, removal request, copyright concern, or update suggestion. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment data, or other sensitive personal information. Messages may be retained only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and keep a record of the resolution.
Children's privacy
The site is written for a general audience interested in Roblox games and does not knowingly solicit personal information from children. A young user should ask a parent or guardian before sending a contact message or following an external account link.
Changes and questions
This policy may change when the site's analytics, advertising, hosting, or contact process changes. The visible effective date above changes when a material revision is reviewed. Privacy questions can be sent through the contact page.
